Garages and Parking
Convenient parking is provided. Enclosed heated garages are available which can be leased yearly or rented for a monthly fee.
Carefree Living
A monthly maintenance fee covers electricity, water, sewer, garbage and trash collection and storage. Maintenance is provided for the exterior of the building including landscaping, snow removal, mechanical systems and pest control.
Telephone and cable TV are the only items not included in the monthly fee.
Safe and Secure Environment
An on-site manager is available form 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday. There is controlled access to The Villa during evening and night hours. An Urgent Call System is located in each unit and is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pets
Pets may be allowed with prior approval by the management. When renting a unit, there is a $200.00 pet deposit.
City Living in the Country
The Villa looks out over a beautiful lake which attracts a variety of migratory water fowl throughout the year. A walking trail and benches surround the lake. Residents can enjoy an open landscape with rolling hills and trees.
